Credits unlock instant access to AI-generated interpretations that we begin paying for the moment they are generated. Because the service is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable.

• Make sure you are signed in to the account you want the credits on.
• Confirm the price and credit amount shown at checkout.
• Try a free preview first to see how Sister Qian reads a poem.

If you were charged but credits did not appear in your account, or you see a duplicate charge for the same purchase, email us within 14 days at hello@sisterqian.com with the date of purchase and the email on your account. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.

If you believe someone made a purchase on your account without permission, contact us straight away at hello@sisterqian.com and secure your Google or Apple account.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where such laws apply, they take precedence over this policy.
