How to use

A quiet digital temple

Step 1: Choose your oracle (Guan Yin 觀音 or Jia Zi 甲子)

At the top of the home page, pick Guan Yin (觀音, 100 sticks) or Jia Zi (甲子, 60 sticks). This choice sets the stick range for both the full ritual and manual picking — 1–100 for Guan Yin, 1–60 for Jia Zi — and you can change it any time before you begin.

Two ways to receive a stick

Full ritual: choose your oracle, hold your question, throw the moon blocks for permission, shake or press the cylinder to draw a stick, throw the blocks again to confirm, then Sister Qian (签姐) interprets it. Manual pick: choose your oracle, type the stick number you already have, and go straight to the interpretation — no moon blocks, no shaking. Both are saved to your Ritual History and both support follow-up questions.

  1. 1

    Connect with the divine

Take a quiet breath. Picture the source you turn to — the universe, a creator, a god, a goddess, or any deity that feels true to you. Hold that image in your heart before you ask.

  2. 2

    Concentrate & set intention

Centre yourself. Hold your question clearly in your mind — what do you truly want to know? Then choose Guan Yin or Jia Zi, and either keep it silent or write it down.

  3. 3

    Ask permission

Throw the moon blocks (jiaobei / 筊杯). A 聖筊 (Sacred Throw — one up, one down) means the divine agrees you may proceed.

  4. 4

    Draw a stick

Shake your phone or press and hold the cylinder until a single stick rises.

  5. 5

    Confirm the answer

Throw the blocks once more. A 聖筊 (Sacred Throw) means this stick is truly your answer.

  6. 6

    Receive the reading

签姐 (Sister Qian) reads the classical poem and applies it to your situation.

Or: pick a stick number manually

If you already have a number, enter it under "Pick a stick number manually" on the home page (1–100 for Guan Yin (觀音), 1–60 for Jia Zi (甲子)). This skips the moon-block and shaking steps and takes you straight to the poem and Sister Qian's (签姐) interpretation. Manual picks are saved to your Ritual History with a "Manual pick" tag, and follow-up questions work exactly the same.
